Package Inclusions -- All AKR packages include airport transfers, welcome island cocktail and orientation, horseback riding, kayaking and canoeing, entrance to Roatan Museum, and Dolphin Show presentation.
Dolphin Scuba Camp for Kids (and Families) -- AKR's "Dolphin Scuba Camp" for children has been raved about for years. While parents enjoy time for themselves, their children have a day full of activities, including learning about and interacting with bottlenose dolphins. New programs to the camp include SASY, Bubblemakers, and a Junior scuba certification. Kids are in 2 age divisions: 5-9 and 10-14. The 2013 Summer camp season runs from May 26 to August 30, 2013. The camp schedule starts on Sunday, wrapping up on the following Friday. Saturday to Saturday arrival/departure is recommended. Cost is $1029 per child, plus 16% tax. Dolphin Experiences: Dolphin experiences are available to guests of any Roatan resort. Please note that they can only be scheduled in Roatan. Availability is limited. You are advised to book this immediately upon arrival. Your resort will be glad to assist you.
Dive Package includes: 7 night accommodations/ 6 days of diving, air tanks, weight belt and weights, buoyancy control workshop, 3 single tank boat dives per day, 2 single tank night dives per week, daily dolphin show presentations, full American meal plan - 3 meals daily, welcome island cocktail and orientation, tropical picnic on Tabyana Beach, island fiesta night on the key, horseback hiking, kayaks, canoeing and windsurfing, entrance into Roatan Museum, airport transfers and airline ticket reconfirmation.
Snorkel Package includes: 7 Nights hotel accommodations, full American meal plan (3 meals daily), welcome cocktail and orientation, reef ecology lecture, fish ID slide show, fish and coral under water ID cards, 2 snorkel trips by boat daily w/ guide, dolphin encounter, tropical picnic on Tabyana Beach, island fiesta night in the key, hiking, kayaks, canoeing and windsurfing, daily dolphin show and presentation, entrance to Roatan Museum, airport transportation and airline reconfirmation.
What is NOT included in the package: Alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, rental of dive equipment, departure taxes, gratuities, Dolphin Dives, Dolphin Swims, horseback riding, souvenirs, and all other items of a personal nature.
Horeseback Riding - Please note that horseback riding is no longer included in the packages. It is still available, at the guest's additional expense.
