In Playa del Carmen you can enjoy Caribbean diving offshore on colorful reefs and wrecks teeming with fish. If interested, you also have the option of fresh water cenote and cave diving. A team of international, multi-lingual instructors also act as dive guides. Everyone from beginners to experienced divers are provided the services and level of supervision they want and need. Underwater photographers, cavern divers, and cavers are all welcomed and provided with top-notch service.
About Playa - Playa del Carmen is south of Cancun, approximately 45 minutes drive by car or one hour by bus. Cozumel is 45 minutes by ferry to the east. Playa started to grow about 15 years ago as a result of the traffic to Cozumel. Today it is a tourist destination for thousands every year. Playa has grown to a perfect size, plenty to offer, but still with a small town feeling.
