Sunbreeze is a beach-front hotel, just north of town. It is a relatively simple and inexpensive property, but the location is excellent. They now have a swimming pool, and a very nice beach bar out front. Our rates are based on the Deluxe Room, which gives you a better view, and air-conditioning -- definitely worth the slightly higher price over the Standard Room. TURNEFFE ISLAND LODGE, Turneffe Island
Turneffe Island Lodge is an exclusive diving and fishing lodge on its own private island. The package includes boat transfer from Belize City, lodging, all meals, and three boat dives per day. Also included is use of sailfish, windsurfers, and sea kayaks.
Turneffe Island's program operates Saturday to Saturday, but for shorter durations, a Wednesday transfer is also available. A modest hotel tax is additional, and paid at the resort. Well known for its fishing grounds in addition to its scuba diving, Turneffe Island Lodge offers sportsmen optional deep sea and bone fishing packages.
